The official South African Rand (ZAR) exchange rate used by Sri Lanka Customs is LKR 19.7871 per 1 ZAR, effective 2026-05-11 to 2026-05-17. This rate is published in the Sri Lanka Extraordinary Gazette and must be used by importers when declaring CIF values on their Customs Declaration (CusDec).
